At WSM Employee Benefit Administrators, we are committed to making it easy for our members to access and manage their retirement benefits. The WSM Member Portal provides a user-friendly way for you to monitor your fund, view personal information, and stay up to date with your claims. Please ensure your cell phone number is updated with WSM, as it is essential for receiving the OTP (One-Time Password) required to log in.
Important: We recommend only accessing the portal once the OTP functionality is fully operational. If you have not received an OTP, please contact us.
Below is a detailed guide on how to navigate the WSM Member Portal:
1. Accessing Your Personal Information
When you log in, your personal information will be displayed on the dashboard. This includes key details like your name, ID number, and contact information.
Tip: Regularly check this information to ensure everything is up to date.

2. Updating Personal Information
If you need to update any of your personal details (such as your phone number, email, or residential address), please contact our support team directly at info@wsmeb.co.za or 011 845 4700.
Important: Personal details cannot be updated directly through the portal for security reasons. We require a formal request to make changes.
3. Using Quick Links
The portal features Quick Links, which allow you to navigate directly to specific sections or features of your account. These shortcuts are designed to make the user experience more efficient.
Quick Links might include access to your claims, benefit statements, or fund information, giving you immediate access to essential data.


4. Updating Bank Details
If you need to update your bank account details, you must either:
Contact your employer, or
Reach out to us directly at info@wsmeb.co.za or 011 845 4700.
Please note, for security purposes, a copy of your ID and a bank letter (stamped and dated) will be required to verify your new banking details.
5. Notes Section
The Notes section is used by WSM to provide real-time updates on any claims or processes related to your account.
Once a claim has been started, this section will display updates on its progress, including which stage the claim is in and any required actions.

6. Multimedia Section
All documents related to your claims and other interactions with WSM will be stored in the Multimedia section. This section provides easy access to:
Documents you’ve submitted,
Correspondence from WSM, and
Any supporting documentation related to your claims.

7. Fund Information
The Fund Information section offers an overview of your fund, including:
The structure and contributions to your retirement savings,
A breakdown of your investments,
Performance updates.
This provides transparency and helps you stay informed about your financial future.

8. Member Branch
The Member Branch section is for internal purposes and may not require any action from you. It allows WSM to manage your membership and track your records efficiently.

9. Member Salary
It is essential that your Member Salary information is accurate and up to date. The salary information displayed here is based on data received from your employer and is used to calculate contributions to your fund.
If any discrepancies arise, please contact your employer or WSM immediately to ensure your benefits are calculated correctly.

10. Accessing and Printing Your Single Benefits Statement
To print your Single Benefits Statement, follow these simple steps:
Log in to the portal and navigate to the left-hand menu.
Under the Employee Benefits section, select Single Benefits Statement from the dropdown menu.
Choose the date range for the statement you wish to view, and click Search.
Once the statement is displayed, you can print it directly from the portal.
This statement will give you a detailed breakdown of your benefits, including contributions, withdrawals, and fund performance.
